About us

"We just wanted to play 24/7!"

Waldemar Zeiler
Cofounder, father and loves nothing more than chopping from 5 meters behind the table.
Kian Pariwar
Cofounder, father and gaming nerd!

Kian and Waldemar have been best friends for over 20 years, raising their families side-by-side in Prenzlauer Berg. They live for table tennis, but they hit a wall: no place to play whenever they wanted, and the local clubs were all full. For them, ping pong is more than just a sport—it’s the perfect antidote to loneliness, turning strangers into a community in an instant. That’s something they felt was missing in the world today. So, they decided to build their own spot right here in the neighborhood. They can't wait to welcome you!

More questions?

How does it work with Urban Sports Club?

Our Urban Sports Club partnership lets members book a table for 1 hour, once or twice a month (depending on your plan). Here’s the best part: unlike our standard bookings, your USC check-in covers you PLUS one guest—and they don’t even need to be a USC member! Want to play doubles? Just make sure two of you check in via the app.

To activate your Urban Sports Club (USC) status at Ding Dong, please send us a message via our contact form. In genereal, the following details are needed:

  • E-mail address you are registered with in our app
  • USC membership number (found in the app under the 'profile' tab, right below your profile picture)
  • USC membership level (Essential, Classic, Premium, Max (prev. S/M/L/XL))
  • Screenshot of your USC Status form within the USC App

Additional notes:

  • Since USC only allows one check-in per day, we suggest booking up to 1 hour daily. If you want to play for 2 hours straight and use both your monthly 'Play Passes' at once (Classic members and up), we just ask that you 'catch up' by scanning your second check-in the following day.
  • Your Play Passes will automatically refill every 31 days, starting from the date your USC status was activated in our app.
Can I bring friends?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring up to four people (including yourself) for free. For larger groups, the fee depends on the time and the size of the crowd. Want to bring even more people? Just shoot an email via our contact form for a quick quote.

Do you have showers?

Right now, we don't have showers. Since our hall is fully autonomous and operates without on-site staff, we decided against the extra complexity and the risks that come with unsupervised unisex showers. We’d rather keep the space simple and safe for everyone.

Is there a place to change clothes?

Yes, we have restrooms where you can quickly change into your sports gear. While we don't have dedicated locker rooms or showers, there’s enough space to swap your shirt and get ready for the table!

Can I book an event with you?

Yes, of course. please send us a message via our contact form, so we can discuss the details.
